The staff was super helpful . They were always ready to answer questions. My room was cosy. It included two terraces with lovely views.
The breakfast lacked organization. The outdoor terrace got crowded with people trying to access the buffet. No one came to check on me while I was in the aperitivo area. The decor looks a bit like 'grandma's house'.

the breakfast was amazing it had so many options i loved the free coffee and drinks available all day. the location was perfect for me it was a short walk to the historic center. i really enjoyed the happy hour they had a great selection of snacks

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. The staff IMMEDIATELY assisted with luggage. The daily happy hour featured quality wines. It also included delicious snacks to enjoy in the garden. Our "junior suite terrace" room was spacious. I found it very comfortable with all the amenities I could possibly need.
The traffic noise outside my window was a bit loud at times. I brought earplugs for sleep and I didn't bother me after that

The breakfast offered many choices, including pastries and fresh fruit. The happy hour provided a range of beers. It also offered wines and delicious snacks. A wonderful way to end the day with fellow travelers.

Our room featured a lovely outdoor balcony. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was also very clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job, which I appreciate.
