fantastic family stay
good facilities great layout
the kitchen was well equipped with good facilities. the layout of the hotel was also great. kids really enjoyed the pool!!!

a cozy getaway
spacious accomodation useful welcome pack kind goody box direct parking
The cottage was very spacious and so clean on arrival. a welcome pack held washing up liquid and a dish cloth. These were useful touches. the hotel also gave us a little goody box for our dog, so kind. parking was available directly outside.
our double bed, i feel, could benefit from an upgrade, as it was not the most comfortable.

the staff was helpful and kind. they quickly addressed our queries and offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. i found the check-in process very efficient and pleasant.

the cottage included a kitchen stocked with appliances and a washing machine. the bedrooms provided ample space, and towels were readily available. there was a lovely living area to relax in.

while there isn't on-site dining, the kitchen in the cottage supported our cooking needs. we were able to prepare meals easily. nearby shops provided convenient access to groceries.

the location afforded calm outside. access to the beach was private and such a short walk. the area was quiet and relaxing for a holiday.

adequate but some issues noted
lifeguard shortage short timer
The pool was sometimes closed. the reason for closure included mechanical failure. Lifeguard unavailability was also given. there were signs that stated the pool was unsupervised, so i question the need for lifeguards. the hot tub area lacked towel pegs, and the motion sensor light had a very short timer, a minor inconvenience.
