Underwhelming breakfast and slow service

The hotel location is beautiful and peaceful. The estuary views are fine.
The breakfast was terrible (i assume it was not from anywhere they wanted to declare). Our cooked breakfast took an hour to arrive, how can this even happen? It included tinned tomato. That is unacceptable.

The wine list offered a good selection across various price ranges.
The breakfast proved terrible. The hotel was to scrimp on the fresh fruit. It was dished up in small portions. Our cooked breakfast took one hour to arrive. It included tinned tomatoes, which I consider unacceptable at this level of dining. The manager was informed about the delay, but no apology was extended upon checkout.

the rooms, its spacious. it had a comfortable bed also included many complimentary drinks. the tasting menu was excellent. the dishes showed great skill.
the service in the bar area was notably absent. finding someone to take drink orders was consistently a challenge. this detracted some from the overall experience.

our car broke down nearby , and they fetched our bags. they also towed the car to their carpark , ensuring its safety.
the waitress , though friendly , seemed to struggle to fully explain the courses. there was also a long wait between courses , which slightly spoiled the meal. this happened during a special occasion.

Really good Dining and Service

The estuary views provide a wow factor. Staff members are helpful. They are friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The linen was gorgeous. Complimentary fruit was available in the room. There were also drinks and coffee pods. A good quality hairdryer completed the experience. The grounds are perfect for walking. The new pool complex has a pool house restaurant. It also features changing facilities.
I found the lighting in the bathroom over the mirror not very bright.

Dinner was a real treat. I chose from the A La Carte menu, after sampling the Tasting Menu previously. Each course was explained well as it was brought out. The appetizers were sublime. Finishing with the best dessert was exquisite.
