lovely stay near everything

i found the location to be really great as it was so close to shops, pubs, and the beach. the room felt very quiet and the bed provided amazing comfort. i think the shower was good too. the room showed a high level of cleanliness throughout, which i really appreciate.
the towels had a slightly strange smell, a bit off-putting. i think having fresher smelling towels would improve the experience.

The location was great. It was very close to local shops.

the location was great for exploring the area. the room had all necessary facilities. i appreciated the tea and coffee provided (i always need that first cuppa!). i found parking easily on a nearby street.
the towels were a little scratchy. (but usable!).

the location was great for accessing the beach and the town center that was acceptable
the notice inside the front door warned against pushing the handle up this risked locking other guests out it created unnecessary worry each night upon our return the bathroom proved very small i found no place to hang or dry towels so they ended up spread over chair backs
