the staff at the restaurant were excellent. they were prompt and attentive during the meal service.

The bedroom lighting was ridiculously dim. it was difficult to see well enough to do anything. one bedside light didn't even work. I mean, come on.

The room lighting was insufficient, complicating simple tasks like makeup. dinner reservations were mishandled. I was initially told to return later, only to find it fully booked.

the room was really nice. it was also very clean and offered plenty of space. the staff were pleasant and helpful, i could not have asked for more.

The power tripped during the evening, then an emergency light came on in my room above the bed. i struggled to sleep. These things do happen, though. room service did not make the bed or empty the bathroom bin.
