breakfast had a nice view. the location is great for a weekend away from the city.
the bedroom had poor lighting. i was disturbed at night by noise on the upper floor and slamming doors.

The on-site pub offered really NICE service. My room was spacious, and it offered a lovely view. Bedding and towels were quality items.. a fridge in the room included beverages and water.

The food in the restaurant was really good. The setting by the marina was nice too. I appreciated the staff as they looked after my wife well. She has some mobility issues due an ongoing illness and had a fall.
There were a few stains and holes in the walls. Brown stains were on the bathroom doorframe. The corridor leading to rooms needs some refurbishment. Breakfast was not included in the high price, though.
