the room was spacious I enjoyed having ample space to relax. the bed was comfortable I slept soundly each night. the breakfast offered a good selection I found several options to suit my taste.

the shower temperature fluctuated the water switched from hot to cold unexpectedly. i noticed some stains on the bedding this was not ideal. the walls seemed thin i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

i liked the friendly staff. gerry at reception provided excellent service and helped retrieve a bag we left in the room. breakfast was good , and the location was perfect for attending a concert at the 3arena. i will consider coming back in the future.

the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. it sounded similar to driving on a motorway with the window slightly open. this.

The room was super clean and well laid out. I found complimentary water in the fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Room 504 has a balcony. I enjoyed watching the tower cranes over the city.

The hotel was expensive. I probably would not go again.

inconsistent showerdated tv

the shower temperature was inconsistent it fluctuated from hot to cold while i was using it. the tv lacked smart features this prevented me from accessing my streaming accounts. i also noted the cleaning staff seemed eager for us to leave knocking on our door before the official checkout time this felt a bit rushed and unwelcome. paying upfront for everything including small additions to our meal felt unusual and inconvenient there was no option to charge it to the room. it felt a bit nickel-and-diming.
