The clover room had a VERY high-end finish. Tea and coffee facilities were fully stocked upon my arrival. The bed provided comfort, and room temperature remained warm. The greeting during check in was friendly.
the door lock was slightly faulty when i first used it.

the breakfast included a wide variety of choices. i found that the food was freshly prepared. it was even served directly at my table. the coffee was notably strong and good.

The check-in process was easy.
The lack of soundproofing was noticeable. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms (it was quite annoying). I also found the temperature control in the room to be inadequate. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

parking was plentiful in a secure location.
I ordered a steak well done. It returned burnt after needing to be sent back, and took a long time to reappear. this delay meant i ate separately from the rest of my party.
