wonderful getaway, a perfect valentine's escape

warm greeting seventh floor spacious balcony
We were welcomed warmly at reception. I was very happy. We soon discovered that we had been upgraded to one of the fabulous suites on the seventh floor. The guest experience manager showed us the spacious balcony with fireplace and heater lamps! The room itself was spacious with a huge sofa and tv. I was delighted.
The bedroom felt sparse and office-like. It lacked the cozy, warm atmosphere i desired. The all-white walls and brassy furniture were disappointing. The bed spread felt old. It detracted from our romantic weekend.
Rooms
9/10
My room included tea and coffee options within the little kitchen area. This made mornings a pleasure. The corner sofa and massive television were lovely additions, perfect for evening relaxation. The spacious indoor and outdoor balcony had a fireplace.
Location
10/10
The hotel is just off a lane. This provides a central location removed from the madness. It is an ideal base. This facilitates exploring various attractions. The hotel is situated in a quiet area.
Service
10/10
The room service menu had a good range. This allowed for varied meal options. The food came quite promptly, which i greatly appreciate. The staff were very friendly. This enhanced my stay there.
