the room was very clean with pleasant decoration. i noticed a nice welcome note and a chocolate, a kind gesture. dinner at the hotel restaurant was very tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. pamela was particularly helpful during breakfast, and i appreciated her attentive service.
my room was a little small, with limited space to move around the bed, so this could be a point of improvement.

The staff were consistently attentive. Olivia greeted me warmly at check-in, and zach provided excellent service during dinner, a GOOD experience for the whole team i interacted with, really.

the hotel had a restaurant with a warm atmosphere, perfect for evening meals. there IS free parking available , convenient. the breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including full english and continental choices.

the room was beautifully appointed and fully equipped with necessities, EVERYTHING was carefully arranged to. the bed was VERY comfortable, contributing to a restful night sleep. en-suite facilities were clean.

disappointing room and food issues.
musty smellawful burger
The room i booked was not good. It felt cramped. the bathroom had a musty smell even with the window open, frustrating. also, the menu in the room was incorrect. i ordered a dessert that wasn't actually available. then, dinner was a letdown. the burger i ordered was just awful. i won't make that mistake again
