Wonderful Stay Near the Canal
friendly staffcomfortable bedworking amenities
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered car park recommendations near the city centre. Our room in the annex had nice decor. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities functioned well (the shower was amazing).
Noise from adjacent rooms traveled easily through the walls, disturbing sleep.

The family room offered ample space, accommodating everyone comfortably. I found lots of biscuits and drinks stocked in the room, a nice added bonus. Breakfast was WONDERFUL, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location proved convenient, situated near local attractions.
I noticed the bed felt too firm. I would prefer something softer for better sleep.

the breakfast included made-to-order selections. i found the bed and bathroom quite large. check-in was easy, and parking was available. the location beside the canal was convenient, offering a pleasant setting.

the room was beautiful. it felt more like an apartment as it was a separate building. it was fully stocked and clean. the morning bird chorus was lovely.
the room was very hot. even with the radiator turned off, it was still uncomfortably warm.

the room I stayed in featured squeaking floorboards this was really distracting also the water pressure in the shower was low it took ages for the cistern to refill after flushing
