The staff greeted me warmly! They were always available to help with anything I needed. My room had complimentary coffee and delicious pastries each morning, a real treat. I also enjoyed how close the location was to scenic walking routes, it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after a long day of travel.
The room I booked wasn't actually available. It was because the bathroom door had jammed shut, so they gave me a different room instead.

I was very impressed with the helpful staff. They greeted us by name upon arrival. A complimentary dessert celebrated our anniversary with the evening meal. Jodie was amazing as she was attentive, polite, and hard working.
The room was cold. Windows did not open. Breakfast was not included, just coffee and cake.
