Acceptable stay with SOME issues

The air conditioning in my Executive Beautiful Studio Suite was not working properly. The front desk said it was functional, but it did not cool the room. The bed was also uncomfortably firm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my early check-in. The room was spacious and had kitchen appliances ready for use. The shelves were well stocked. The location is great (I walked around a lot). It offered easy access to local amenities and transport links.

There are several restaurants within walking distance. I noticed Italian and Asian options. The room included a stove, microwave, and cutlery. This made cooking simple meals very convenient. Supermarkets nearby offered a range of groceries.

The hotel provides luggage storage. This was quite useful upon arrival. The reception area always had someone available (which I appreciated). The building preserved historical elements.

Paddington Station, Bayswater, and Queensway tube stations are nearby, providing excellent connectivity. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Hyde Park is within walking distance. This makes it easy to enjoy outdoor activities. I found the area very peaceful.

The room was spacious and equipped with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. A TV, stove, and microwave were all included in the room. The room was also warm and had plenty of natural light. The shower was particularly good.

the room was clean. that's about it, honestly.
i had to drag my suitcase up a narrow, steep staircase. It was a nightmare. the 'luggage storage' was just leaving my case in reception with a tag. Not very secure, really.

the room was spacious and well equipped. the fridge and mini kitchen were a welcome surprise. i found the location on a charming square and really appreciated that. the staff was friendly too!
the walls seemed very thin, so there was not soundproofed at all. it was hard getting to sleep the first night because of the noise. there were some stains on the duvet covers and the towels seemed old and could use replacing. also, one of two dimmer lights on the wall was working, and the bedside lamp stopped working on the second night.
