Good Stay at a Traditional Inn

I enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast with friendly staff. The room featured a comfortable four-poster bed. Parking was conveniently located at the rear, a short walk from the town.
Church bells rang every 15 minutes, even at night. That did impact my sleep. I understand this is outside the hotel's control.

The staff was very warm, helpful, and kind. our room was lovely and clean. I felt really at home. the carvery was also wonderful. I think it was possibly the best sunday dinner i have ever had.
Our room door didn't lock properly when we arrived, and someone had to fix that. the room felt rather small for us. the tea and coffee in the room were not replenished . I would have liked more.
