The staff helped with any request and were nice. The food tasted good and was not overpriced. The spacious bed was comfortable. The hotel offered ear plugs due to possible noise from entertainment. I found continental breakfast included with the stay to be a plus.

the superior double room was quite clean. the staff were kind and helpful (i think they are all great). i found the location ideal, right on the main street. the breakfast provided a good start to the day with a variety of choices.
The shower room felt a bit cramped. It was difficult to move around without bumping into something.

faulty fanpaper-thin walls
The room was so warm i was sweating all night and the fan did nothing? i had to keep the window open, but then all the noise from outside came right in, this made sleeping a nightmare. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything from the bar downstairs and the rooms next to mine, far from ideal. the TV also didn't work, i tried everything

The room was lovely and bright. It was also quite spacious. there was an excellent tea tray with plenty of tea bags and milk. Chocolate biscuits were provided!
the hotel doesn't have on-site parking though it wasn't a major issue.
