the staff were friendly. the evening meal tasted excellent. the breakfast was also very GOOD. it was a great base for visiting the coast. the room was spotlessly clean.
THE key to the room did not work well. the towel rail was not functional. the temperature tap in the shower was very stiff. it was difficult to alter.

The staff looked after me. the food tasted amazing, i was happy. the room had lovely boutique style decor. i can't wait to go back for sunday dinner. It sounds yummy! i felt so welcomed. the room was lovely, i liked that. complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water were available, it felt great.
the towel rail did not work, i noticed.

The staff were really good too cater to every need. storage for bikes was helpful, and kit kat bars were a welcome treat. early check-in and late check-out were arranged at short notice. I appreciated that.

the team helped me with everything i needed and breakfast each morning was great. they really do go the extra mile here. the location provided a good base for exploring nearby attractions and i found this quite convenient for my planned day trips.
The key to my room felt a little tricky in the lock. It needed some finessing to open and close smoothly i think

the key to the room didn't work very well, it took a long time to lock it. the towel rail was broken. the temperature tap in the shower was very stiff. it was difficult to adjust the temperature. there was also a bright light outside the window with no blackout curtains.

The key to my room was quite difficult to use. It took several tries to lock and unlock the door. The towel rail in the bathroom also wasn't working, a bit inconvenient. Adjusting the shower temperature was frustrating, too! It was hard to find a comfortable setting.

the breakfast were very nice. it was well served and presented. staff were so friendly, attentive, also the quality pub food was good.
the key to my room did not work in the lock so well, it took a while to lock and unlock. i had problems with the temperature tap in the shower, it was stiff. it was hard to alter, and i either had hot or cold water.
