Really good Hospitality!

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I found good food options for breakfast and in the restaurant. Barry perfectly cooked all the dishes. A licensed bar and evening restaurant elevated the amenities beyond a typical B&B.
My room looked a bit tired.

The staff provided friendly and cute service. The owners are very cute. They were very pleasant . I felt relaxed from start to finish!!!

The breakfast was very good and cooked to order. i found parking in an attached carpark and this was a big PLUS. the hosts were friendly and helpful. Barry carried my bag upstairs, very appreciated.
The pillows was thin. I needed more to sleep.

The hosts were very cute. My twin room was clean and the private bathroom was large. I would happily stay again.
The pillows were very thin. I needed three to sleep well! The shower had awful water pressure. it kept going hot and cold.

The owners were very attentive and accommodating . They ensured the room temperature was comfortable. They provided a great selection of food at the bar. It was a relaxing and spacious place.

The location was great for traveling around the local area. It was near RAF Coningsby, home of the Lancaster Bomber. It was a beautiful, relaxing spot. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the breakfast included poached eggs on toast with bacon it tasted great. the hosts were friendly. the room was clean. the bar area had good value drinks.
the shower lacked power. the toiletries provided were limited to hand soap and shower gel only. the rooms looked a bit shabby I noticed it right away
