Adequate Stay with Minor Issues

large room good size clean linen double charge payment card stressful experience

My room was quite large. The provided mugs had a good size for a proper cup of tea. A large TV was available in the room. Linens were clean.

The owner asked for a payment card for a deposit. They later double charged me for the room. It caused quite a bit of stress to resolve. I do not recommend this experience.

The room was very large, which I liked. There were good amenities available at a very good price. The location is right in the town center.

There was a little noise but only until about half 9 (sat night).

The beds were comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The room had a fridge and large TV. I found a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, so I could make a hot drink upon arrival.

I found that the sound of workmen drilling at 9 am was very disruptive.

The studio was fine. It had all the facilities you could need. The room featured a full-sized ironing board and iron, useful for business travellers. A modern bathroom with a huge shower was also present.

The room had chinaware and cutlery. This made enjoying snacks easy. There was also a toaster and microwave. The provision of milk and sugar was AMAZING!!!

Staff were helpful on the phone, resolving my issue quickly. Communication was also good. This made check-in simple. The owner was helpful when I used the wrong pin number.

generous supply tea unacceptable noise delivery vehicle

the room had a generous supply of tea and coffee, a welcome touch. it seemed adequate.

I found the noise levels unacceptable. Delivery vehicles and seagulls created a dawn chorus i didn't appreciate. i struggled to get any sleep after 6 am. the room's soundproofing is a concern.

The hotel's location makes it easy to reach town center shops and restaurants. Our room size impressed me and it had modern decor. Amenities included tea, coffee, an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, a microwave, and a fan. I appreciated this completeness.

I heard workmen drilling at 9am. This woke me up. It was not relaxing.
