modern gem near central station

the hotel design felt very modern and well-executed. the room i booked included very comfortable beds plus ample space, things i look for. the hotel gives you direct access to a bridge over the train station facilitating visits to the town centre.

the climate control system in the room proved difficult. the room became too warm overnight and adjustments did not resolve the issue

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices plus great options. i found salmon and cream cheese with chives available for making bagel-like sandwiches. It's delicious.

the temperature in my room was not controllable at night.

i find staff helpful and kind. my room had perfect condition, and i liked the vegan soaps and shampoos. i found the smart tv, which i could connect to my device, a superb feature.

the hotel charged me again for my stay after holding the security deposit. i am still waiting for my money to be returned after ten days. the hotel blames my bank, but the bank assures me that the hotel holds the money.
