good central stay
prime location friendly staff
the location is prime near the center. rooms are clean. the staff is friendly.
i could hear noise from outside the door. it was very clear.

the room looked freshly renovated. it was large enough, cosy, and super clean. the plastic use was limited. heating can be switched on and off.

it is about 20 mins walk from the train station. plenty of eating and shopping places exist from the train to the hotel. it is an easy walk to the peace palace.

the hotel has a nice breakfast room. it features a broad assortment of items. i was able to just go to reception for hot tea and coffee.

everyone at reception was friendly. they were also very helpful. the staff was very nice and cute. we checked in earlier than we were scheduled.

really good location historical architecture renovated rooms complimentary coffee
The location was really good, providing easy access to city attractions. The building features beautiful, historical architecture, i found it excellent. The rooms appear recently renovated while maintaining the building's original charm. I was happy to find complimentary coffee available.
The tram noise could be a bit disruptive if you're sensitive.

The room's size was satisfactory with a comfortable bed. The shower had excellent dimensions. Daily cleaning services ensured the room was tidy throughout my stay. Enough towels and detergents were provided.

The staff presented as cute and helpful. They spoke excellent Dutch, even though some seemed foreign. Reception offered infused water which i found a nice touch. The personnel are attentive and amiable.

The location was very central! it made getting around so easy. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times! the room was modern. It had a great design.
my room felt small, almost like a cabin. i paid extra for a better room though the doors had issues. after opening them, they made an alarm sound for several minutes.

convenient location shopping street central station
the hotel is in a great location. i easily reached it by tram line 17. the hotel is close to the shopping street (very convenient for shopping). it is easy to reach the central station from this location.
the door leading straight to the stone staircase made it feel like people were walking through my room.

average stay with a significant letdown
hair straightener missing item
The staff were friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much to ask.
I left my hair straightener in the room right before checking out but when i contacted the hotel, they claimed nothing was found. i have a photo proving it was there so this was really disappointing. I guess they kept it or didn't want to deal with shipping it back.
