lovely getaway
attentive staffperfect eggsadvantegous location
The staff was really attentive. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the television remote in my room. breakfast offered a decent spread. I tried the eggs benedict. it had perfectly poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce. also, the location proved to be advantageous. It was close to the marina where a family wedding took place.
i found the trains to be a little noisy at times, especially during peak hours.

the double room featured a large shower cubicle with ample space. the television had several channels and the bed had supportive mattress. ample lighting was available due to bedside lamps and a central light.

The reception staff assisted with luggage storage upon arrival. I found them very helpful. the restaurant staff provided prompt service during dinner. i found all interactions were efficient and polite.

I was happy with a spacious Single Room. The bed offered comfort after a long day. Access to the motorway proved convenient for my business trip. Parking was available without issues, a definite plus.
The room lacked a bit of space for a longer stay, only if I need it.

Breakfast included tasty sausages. I find this excellent. The restaurant offers a really good selection of ales. The menu has many choices for a proper Sunday Lunch, if you want it. The staff is very friendly.

i found the check-in process smooth and efficient. the room had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. the evening meal was enjoyable, especially the double smashed burger i ordered (it was a real treat).
I did notice a slight delay when ordering drinks at the bar. It seemed a little understaffed during that time, but the staff were working efficiently, so it wasn't a huge issue.
