lovely sizespeedy check-in
The bathtub in my room was a lovely size. i was able to fully relax after a long day. the staff checked me in immediately. It was so speedy.

The staff greeted me warmly and quickly handled check-in. I appreciated the secure storage for bikes inside the building. My evening meal tasted delicious. I also enjoyed a great breakfast.
The fire alarm went off during the night, and I found this quite scary.

The building exuded history with photos and objects displayed throughout. I appreciated the village aesthetic. It adds to the charm. The location near the Tarka trail is perfect for walks. It is so convenient.

The bedroom was excellent. It had a very large comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. This was so convenient. I enjoyed the ensuite with a nice hot, powerful shower.

the room was spacious and very clean! the pub has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely. i fell in love with the size of the bath. overall i loved staying here and would happily stay again!
i dont' do a cooked breakfast and there wasn't a lot of choice of ceral, yogurt or fresfhfruit. they said they didn't have brown bread?? had white toast which was cold and tasted like yesterdays toast :(. i wasn't happy

the staff was lovely! the girl who checked us in was adorable, and the lady who checked us out was equally nice. facilities were great and spotlessly clean, i found breakfast to be good. i really liked the interesting history the place had.
I noticed the courtyard and back entrance looked quite run down. It could use some attention.

The breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was attentive to our needs regarding dietary requirements. The room had appealing decoration and ample space. I found parking safe, easy and plentiful.
The extractor fan noise from the kitchen was a little distracting until late evening.

Excellent Stay, Friendly Staff and Great Food

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived after a long cycle ride, and they allowed early access to my room. My bicycle was safely stored, which I greatly appreciated. Dinner in the bar was lovely. The staff were courteous, and the food was AMAZING!!!
