Fantastic stay!

helpful staff discount drinks lovely room

The super nice team! They provided lots of information and quickly arranged our taxi for the next morning. As a guest, I got a discount on drinks. The room was lovely and met all my needs!

The stairs were steep to the room.

convenient dining friendly staff shower temperature hot tap

i was pleased with the location. i found restaurants right along the street, made dining very convenient. the staff was also friendly and stored my large suitcase for me. it was quite helpful considering the steep stairs.

my bathroom definitely needed some updates. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot during my shower. i also noticed the hot tap in the sink didn't get very hot at all.

the location was convenient for exploring the city. the staff provided helpful information prior to my arrival. the room featured a super clean and cozy bed.

the stairs to my room were steep, this made carrying luggage difficult. my room was not as described. the room was small.

broken remote bad pillow

the location was good, i admit that. however, the room i booked, a double room private bathroom, wasn't really up to snuff. the television remote didnt work, and i found that quite irritating. also, the noise from the street at night i found it loud. i had a hard time getting to sleep and that bad pillow wasnt helping either.
