The reception staff showed me the emergency exit routes immediately. I THINK that is excellent. My room was upgraded to include breakfast and a bathtub, which I appreciated. Dinner in the pub included many options, and all food was cooked perfectly. The bed was AMAZING!!!
The bar looked slightly worn even though the website showed premium decor.
