I arrived excited to celebrate a birthday and was instantly greeted warmly! my room included a stand alone bath i loved. the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch too and it was a nice surprise. my husband dietary requests at dinner were accommodated well and we enjoyed the wine flight. It really did add to the experience!
The tv system needed a phd to operate. It was too complicated for me to work properly.

my stay spanned a good two nights, i found the staff immediately cute and helpful. the complimentary tea upon arrival was such a warming touch, especially given the rain we encountered. the room, a haven named bramble, boasted an immaculate and luxurious feel.
a very minor point, yet worth noting, the absence of spa facilities meant i couldn't indulge in the relaxing treatments i sometimes crave.
