the staff showed genuine care accommodating a room change seamlessly i was grateful i booked a double room the decor was pleasant and the bed provided a restful slumber the cleanliness throughout the space impressed me.

The staff were lovely! They were very helpful and very friendly. I enjoyed a good breakfast! There was a lot of choice, and it tasted good. The parking was excellent too, I found a space easily.

The lift was out of order. It had been out of service since March! I had to use the stairs to get to my room. My room was very shabby! The varnish was worn off the surfaces and doors. There was no air-conditioning too.

the staff were helpful. the breakfast included a good variety of food choices , like cereals and cooked options. the lamb pie was also a good choice , even if it was large. i appreciated the good value for money.

the room was on the small side. both taps in the bathroom had hot water , so i couldn't get cold water from them. the corridor was very hot , and it was difficult to control the temperature.
