i adored the hotel decor. it features welsh items, a lovely touch. i was so happy when i found free easy parking. my room had really a comfortable bed. the views of the marina was fantastic.
housekeeping didnt come to our room until late in the afternoon. it was not a major issue, but it was noticeable.

the location was acceptable , with shops and cafes within walking distance.
The body wash and shampoo were completely empty upon arrival , and not replenished on the second day despite my request. i had to call reception on the third day because our milk hadn't been replenished either. the cleaners also left a cleaning cloth on the bathroom sink . It lacked attention to detail.
