Really good stay in a well located hotel
convenient parking short walk air conditioning friendly staff
The position is excellent, with nearby bars and restaurants a short walk. The parking is very convenient, just across from the front door. My room was large and it include air conditioning. The bar had a great atmosphere, it also had friendly staff.
My window was not possible to open it during the whole stay.

The reception staff was professional and polite, a genuine trait. They clearly loved their job. I had a fantastic service during my time there. The staff assisted with directions.

My room featured a very comfortable bed. It had good size. It included modern amenities. Air conditioning added to the comfort. The room also included tea and coffee facilities.

Breakfast was perfect in every detail. A welsh breakfast featured cockles. Laverbread also was available. The restaurant location was ideal. I could reach easily.

Wonderful Stay at a Great Hotel
attentive staff tasty breakfast nice location
The location proved perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including a very tasty full English. I am thankful for a pleasant experience.
I found that the sound insulation was not ideal, especially since the room was next to reception. I could hear conversations, and people passing by often disrupted the night. This made sleeping difficult.

The hotel features a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. Guests can also access complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. There is also an on-site parking available at a surcharge.

The room included a very comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens. A spacious bathroom featured a rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. Plenty of towels were supplied. Tea and coffee making facilities were readily available.

The restaurant offers a full breakfast with continental and cooked options. The bar provided an extensive selection of drinks and cocktails. I found the service perfect! A Sunday roast is available.

Excellent service and great location
helpful staff monogrammed bathrobe
The super nice team. I was very impressed with the Molton Brown toiletries. The monogrammed bathrobes and normal hangers were a nice touch. There was even a hairdryer not fixed to the wall (a welcome change from some places!).
I was in an annexe, and the room felt noisy. There wasn't great sound insulation, so I could hear my neighbors. Ear plugs were a necessity (i'd advise requesting a room in the main building).

Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked to order. This made a pleasant change from buffet breakfasts. The restaurant staff were very friendly and cute (i enjoyed the pancakes!).

My room was a good size. It was well equipped with amenities. There were soft towels and dressing robes available. The enormous television and lounge area added comfort.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance to the sea. The central location made exploring convenient. A parkplatz is available in front of the hotel.
