clean hotel food options small room thin walls
The hotel is very clean. I found the location perfect for visiting the area. There were also plenty of food options nearby (which was great!).
The room I stayed in was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I could hear everything, including bags being unzipped (very early!).

lovely location easy parking small room high price
the location near the harbour was lovely. street parking just outside made arrivals easy. we appreciated a safe place for bike storage.
the room we got was really small. i had to climb over the double bed to get in, annoying. the price felt too high for such a compact space.

the room included a tv. it had coffee making facilities too. biscuits was a nice addition. the decor felt modern, I felt I got a nice clean room.
the walls felt thin. I could hear conversations from other rooms.

clean room later checkout extra rest helpful owner
we still received a clean and available room. i asked for a later checkout because i became ill. Nick allowed me to stay until midday. i appreciated the extra rest. It helped a lot.

The guest house is near beautiful walks on the beach and harbour side! it is only a couple of minutes from the train station and some lovely restaurants. It is convenient.

The room had tea and coffee facilities! these were refreshed each day which was convenient! the self check in system worked very well. I had no problems.

i ate at harbour lights a few doors down and the food was fabulous! the value for money was great and the entertainment on saturday was really good!

small room, some noise issues
small room disruptive noise
the room i had felt quite small, a bit cramped actually. also, there was a lot of noise. i could hear people walking around upstairs and it was pretty disruptive at night, apply, twice. it made it hard to sleep well! the noise was very annoying.
