lovely stay
smooth check-in comfortable bed buffet selection quiet room
Check-in was really smooth and efficient, just great after my long flight. the room was available before the stated check-in time, i was charmed. the king bed was very comfortable, i slept very well in a quiet room. It was relaxing. breakfast had a large buffet, there were also menu options available if the breakfast package was included, a nice touch.
i noticed the gym was quite small with not much equipment.

Safe walking is available in the area near the hotel. there are three tube stations located nearby. Very convenient. the hotel is close to elizabeth street, harrods, and sloan street. Very easy to access a variety of places.

I enjoyed the truffle arancini from the terrace, the flavour was amazing. the donuts with nutella were great, they also offer pistachio flavour. Really delicious. the stargazer cocktail was refreshing. I had three. i had a great dining experience.

i found the staff helpful with directions. i also enjoyed the complimentary wifi, it was reliable throughout my stay. the rooms have modern decor and are well-kept. i also appreciated the turndown service, it included fresh bottled water.
the in-room coffee machine needed descaling

helpful team warm approach mandatory charge misleading manner
the concierge team was great. cris, diego and ben were always helpful and warm. they supported my constantly changing schedule.
At checkout, a service charge was added. it was presented as if it were mandatory. The way it was handled felt misleading.

the concierge staff, especially ben and diego, were very helpful. the front desk staff was also fantastic!
I found the bed sheets were not very clean. They had visible makeup stains. i hope that will be checked moving forward.

angelica greeted me upon arrival showing true professionalism and friendliness. my room included personalized touches, such as a photo of me printed on a cookie. dinner at the restaurant featured dishes that seemed to melt in my mouth.

the staff greeted us by name each time we entered or left the building. the doormen were helpful and friendly and helped my father with his wheelchair. the location felt safe and had plenty of restaurants nearby
i found the room rather small even with the upgrade. the room lacked a dresser. the hotel felt more like a four-star hotel considering the price

My Premium King Room have a very beautiful view. Hotel offer clean elegant furnishing and the staff shows kindness. I enjoy the very good blackout curtains, giving me a very good night's sleep.
During checkout, a service charge got added as if it were a mandatory fee. It felt misleading, and I hope they review this practice.
