The airport pickup I arranged set a positive tone. The hotel was in a wonderful location. James, the concierge, helped us with tickets and offered lovely recommendations. I loved the pool with sauna. They opened it early for us one day and that meant so much to us.

the location proved convenient for my plans.
the air conditioning in my room was not working correctly. i informed the staff, but no solution was offered. there were portable fans in the room already, maybe the hotel knew about the problem, this did lower the quality of my stay, it isn't what i would expect.

the staff were cute. my room was clean, tidy, and quiet. there were fantastic restaurant choices near the hotel. it was convenient for the palladium.
there was no handrail to grab on the steps up to the entrance. i have mobility issues and managed. a disabled entrance exists perhaps.
