the pillow spray provided was great for a peaceful sleep. 'plunder the pantry' offered a first-rate chicken curry. i also enjoyed the complimentary cheese selection! the staff remembered my name after a brief introduction. they prepared thoughtful surprises for my anniversary.
i noticed the rooftop bar lacks some sun protection. it would benefit from additional umbrellas, especially during peak sunlight hours.

the location was convenient for getting around the city it was pretty good.
check-in took a while i waited almost an hour for my room to be ready at 3 pm i found that quite annoying when i wanted to settle in the room itself was rather small it felt cramped there was hardly any space to move around the bathroom was even worse it lacked counter space for toiletries.

The staff are excellent and friendly. They provided treats in my room each night. the complimentary pantry was great after long days. check-in was smooth in the executive lounge, where i was offered scones, jam, clotted cream, and champagne.
the corridors felt narrow with low ceilings, almost like an old ship, it might not suit everyone.
