excellent stay
ideal location nearby museums excellent service
i found the location to be ideal. it was very walkable to the tube station and nearby museums. i was taken care of from the beginning when i arrived. the original room had a slight smell, but i immediately switched rooms and everything was perfect from there.
i paid for a room with robes and a smart tv , but these were not provided. i also experienced noise from other rooms and the corridor. this made it difficult to relax fully in the evenings.

The location was convenient, situated between two useful rail stations.
The room I was assigned was distressingly small. There was barely space to open a suitcase except on the bed. My wife and I had to coordinate our packing. A low-budget room on a cruise ship is twice this size.. the room lacked basic amenities such as tissues.

I stayed for two nights, celebrating my birthday with a platinum credit. alexia at the front desk surprised me with a birthday message on the mirror and cheesecake! she also reserved a table for afternoon tea. I applied my food credit. the gym includes a peloton bike, which i used daily. my credit covered the breakfast buffet with many choices. the electronic shower allowed precise temperature control and selection of rainfall or normal shower heads.
i found the internet connection to be somewhat unreliable .

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!!!
attentive staff friendly bartenders delicious food clean room
I stayed here, and every staff member I met was great! Rosie was attentive. The bartenders downstairs were friendly too. The bar lounge had a great atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. My room was clean. The facilities were well maintained.
The only very minor issue I found was that the room had limited space for clothes storage. Removing the decorative fireplace to add drawers would really help.

My room was very quiet which I always appreciate as a light sleeper. I slept soundly. The room included lots of sockets, sufficient storage space, and Molton Brown bathroom amenities. Everything was well-prepared. The bed was comfortable!!!

Breakfast had so many excellent choices. It was such a treat. The hotel offers gluten and vegan pastries and a great selection of everything. Nimfa from the restaurant took great care of me making the experience special!!!

Rosie was helpful, assisting with changing my room to a quieter location to meet my needs. Thomas also provided excellent service by helping me set up the Wi-Fi on my cell phone. I love such excellent customer service!!!

Antonio, the luggage porter, assisted with all my needs from arrival until departure. He provided help beyond his regular duties. The hotel's location allowed easy subway access. I also found many nearby restaurants.
The gym had limited equipment. I would have appreciated a wider range of machines.

great location and top service!
tube station ample storage warm greeting
the hotel is near south kensington tube station, which connects to the circle, district, and piccadilly lines. the natural history museum is also nearby, perfect for a quick visit. rosie at reception greeted us warmly and detailed all the hotel facilities. (i really appreciated this personal touch.) the room on the fifth floor was spacious with plenty of storage.
The refrigerator in my room didn't refrigerate very well. It barely cooled anything.

the concierge personnel, including firas, syed raihan, hamza, ted, and sajjad, provided excellent service. they addressed every need with great attention and care. like giorgio and valencio.

the hotel is well kept, and its location is very convenient for exploring. it is close to museums and the underground. the hotel is smaller, which allows it to maintain a high level of quality.

The location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby areas.
My room was smaller than expected, even for accommodations in this city. The bed was not comfortable. I found it difficult to get a good night's rest. the soundproofing was insufficient. Noise from both inside and outside the hotel disturbed me..
