The location is great. It sits right next to the beach! the room was lovely. the bed was very comfy. the shared kitchen was large and had a big fridge freezer.
The garden area looked tired, also the garden was unkempt. no restaurant is within walking distance for dinner. I needed a car. the pool has a full insulation cover that guests have to remove before swimming.

the shower did not work. it could not be repaired until my last day. the on-off time settings for the heater did not suit me. i had to ask for it to be retimed.

my room was the dragon double room sea view ensuite. the location was great as it overlooked spittal beach. communal kitchen access was available and had bread, eggs, cereals supplied.
the garden area looked very tired with only a table and two chairs. there is no restaurant within walking distance for dinner. the garden was not maintained well.
