amazing stay!

I loved the beautiful, peaceful location and the rooms! the tasting menu was one of my all-time favourite meals. the mallard dish was lovely, and the chef even came out to explain the ethos. It was such a nice touch. the staff were also very kind!
Everything was nearly flawless. The wi-fi signal was a little weak in the far corner of the garden though.

the restaurant features an open kitchen, allowing guests to view meal preparations. the menu includes locally sourced ingredients. the dining room seats approximately 40 people and offers both a la carte and tasting menus.

FANTASTIC Stay!
excellent viewwelcome notespacious shower
The room offered EXCELLENT views! It came beautifully furnished. The provided dog treats and the welcome note were really nice touches. The shower was spacious.
The bedroom could use some updating (but it was okay).

The hotel features a restaurant, AND the food is sourced locally, promising fresh ingredients and contributing to a good culinary experience (especially the desserts). The attentive team contributes to an unpretentious, enthusiastic atmosphere.

The rooms are equipped with great views. They also are comfortable and upkept in their original character. The views of the surrounding nature add to the peacefulness of the location.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. The chef explained the ethos to us. We enjoyed the fine wine list, it had great selections. I enjoyed walking from the front door onto a lovely country lane.
