The staff were very cute and informative. I found my room spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bed provided super comfort, and I slept well. Dinner included well-presented dishes and breakfast was freshly cooked with generous portions.

the evening meal was delicious with quality ingredients used. breakfast included home-made jams it was really tasty. the staff were friendly and helpful they even posted a cardigan we left behind.
there was no water provided in the room.

the gardens looked fabulously maintained creating a cute atmosphere. the staff showed excellent knowledge of local produce sources. i enjoyed beers and ales kept in perfect condition. the location near the motorway offered convenience for my travels north
the breakfast service timing needs improvement with better staffing. i waited quite a while for my cooked food to arrive. implementing allocated place settings seemed unnecessary and slightly rigid

The hotel had fabulous gardens for kids to run in. also, the meal was great. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
