animation team evening entertainment italian restaurant double bed sofa bed reception staff
the animation team was wonderful with the kids. plenty of activities for both adults and kids existed like bingo, archery, and darts. the team was kind to my kids during the kids club, afternoon entertainment, and when just walking around.. the food was also good, despite other reviews i read. the buffet section offered options for different nationalities and tastes. a snack bar served burgers and hot dogs. i found a nice italian restaurant open in the evenings. it became my favorite.
i found the rooms decent, yet i wish the main bedroom had a double bed. there were times when the two single beds moved apart. the sofa bed was good enough for my kids. the reception staff could be more pleasant.

cheap ingredients bad location
The all-inclusive deal was not good. the food options were disappointing. They seemed to use the cheapest ingredients, and nothing tasted right. there were hairs in my food at the buffet, and the wine tasted like vinegar. the cocktails at the pool bar came from a machine, and everything was served in plastic cups, which wasn't great. The location was also frustrating since it was far from everything, requiring taxis for anything fun, which quickly added up.

poor buffet noisy street
the food was boring, always the same stuff. i swear i saw some cats having dinner at the buffet one night, they jumped right on the tables. the staff didn't seem to notice or care. plus, our room faced the street so it was noisy, especially on weekends with some loud music nearby.
