The location met my needs for proximity to local shops. It was acceptable.
My allocated room overlooked a noisy street, i found this disruptive, especially at night. the room's decor was dated and lacked any sense of modern style, i would have expected more. the promised amenities were sparse. I found no kettle, and the minibar was empty upon arrival, quite disappointing

A wonderful holiday memory

My arrival was smooth, and i found a 24-hour snack area. It was heaven. The room was immaculate and very well equipped, i really felt taken care of. The food choices were AMAZING!!! I would go back for that ALONE. The massage center was such a gift. My husband enjoyed it so much he went back.
The only drawback was the beds. They are hard, i must say. the shower temperature fluctuated, and it was a tad annoying. I understand the need for efficiency, but comfort is important.

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, which makes it very convenient for exploring. The bus stop is just a short walk away, and it allows easy access to other parts of the island. The beach is also within easy reach.

There are multiple pools for adults and children, i noticed. The sunbeds are plentiful, i always found a place to relax. The hotel features a gym with several machines, i was able to keep up with my routine. The animation team keeps everyone entertained.

The staff is always ready to help with any request. The cleaning service is consistent, i found. The animation team is energetic. They engage guests of all ages. The reception staff is fluent in several languages.

The room includes a balcony overlooking the garden, i enjoyed it. It had a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. This was so convenient. Air conditioning worked efficiently, i found. The bathroom features a rainfall shower.

the room was spacious and clean the daily housekeeping was efficient i appreciated the location near the beach and local shops. the staff provided friendly and prompt service throughout my stay.
the food selection at the buffet became repetitive after a few days. i noticed the noise levels in the evenings as entertainment went on late.
