Acceptable, but with issues
convenient locationhotel reception
The location was very convenient for my planned activities. It was literally just over the road from the Convention Centre.
There is no actual hotel reception. Upon arrival, I had to call the number on the front door (i believe the owners actually live there). It felt a little impersonal and not what i expected.

the location was central. check in was easy. check out was also straightforward. the room had enough space for one person.
my room had some stains on the wall. the carpet was stained near the bin. the shower rail was coming away at the top.

the location is fantastic , right in the heart of everything. the room included tea and coffee making facilities , which i needed after a long day.
the carpets in the hallways could use a bit of vacuuming , nothing major.

A Pleasant Getaway Experience

The central location made exploring the area very easy. On-site parking was a great convenience. I had no trouble finding a spot. The check-in was seamless. A room of reasonable size met my needs well.
I noticed some carpets in public areas needed a better hoover.

I did not use the dining facilities directly, but I noticed breakfast is available in the adjacent hotel. This setup allows guests flexibility to have breakfast without on-site dining facilities. Breakfast costs extra though.

This place has a great spot in town. It made visiting nearby places simple. The location had the bonus of on-site parking. It eased my travel worries considerably. This added benefit really helped.
