amazing dales stay!
easy check-inlovely roompowerful shower
check in was super easy, and i got shown directly to my room! it had everything i needed for my stay. i liked the selection of tea, coffee, and yummy biscuits they provided! the bathroom was super clean, and the shower had amazing power.

my superior double room offered fantastic views from both the room and the garden. the bed ensured great comfort for a restful nights sleep. the room was very clean.

good evening mealbroken wi-ficonsistent problem
the evening meal were very good and i liked the location.
the wifi was advertised, but it wasn't working. i needed the internet to stay in contact with family because mobile signal were poor in the area. the staff team said that it is a consistent problem.

the food was good (especially the breakfast).
I was quite annoyed to find the room heating was off on arrival. the room was cold, and it took a while to warm up. the bed was also not comfortable at all. The frame felt loose. each time i moved, it made a noise, and the pillows were very hard.
