The staff were helpful and friendly, and . My room was a Standard King Room Accessible. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a lovely selection and the evening meal menu was good too.

I could hear the people next door VERY clearly due to an adjoining door. It did not feel very private. The door banged in the middle of the night because of a windy night. The restaurant was not staffed well enough. I was not able to take full advantage of DBB option.

The tv in the room did not function well initially. It took some time to turn on. The bed was quite soft, as were two singles pushed together, not the most comfortable arrangement. At breakfast, the toaster, designed for four slices, only had two working slots. This caused delays. I found these issues detracted from the overall quality of the stay.

I found the location beautiful with many dog walks just outside the hotel. It's located in the beautiful Crichton area. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a tasty selection and lots of choice.

The adjoining door in the room meant I could clearly hear the people next door, lacking privacy. The door banged in the middle of the night. It seemed due to a windy night.

The location had easy access to town. surrounding parkland was lovely. Parking was easy because it was close to the hotel. The executive room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a bath and separate shower. Areas throughout were clean plus well maintained.

I had a slight issue that the empty hand soap bottle was not refilled after reminding a couple of times.

the hotel is situated in fine parkland, kept beautifully. i found ample free parking nearby. the breakfast selection was great. a pathway allowed me to easily walk into town along the river.

the tv in my room was quite small and seemed a bit old-fashioned.

The grounds are really good. The church view from my room was quite striking. the breakfast choice was ample, and staff were eager to assist if anything ran out at the buffet. the receptionist assisted with printing a train ticket, which i found helpful.
