mixed experience due to service issues
lacking servicedusty tatami area
i found the service somewhat lacking i was really hoping for more attentive staff. the lack of daily room service was a disappointment especially since it wasn't clearly communicated during check-in. used towels remained and coffee wasn't refilled the tatami area was dusty. this affected my overall impression of the stay
