Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

The room had its own washer and dryer. That was a big plus. I appreciated how spacious the rooms are, they are nice. The hotel is in a quiet area. I liked that it was close to some hidden gem restaurants.
The room service schedule wasn't clear during check-in. My towels weren't removed on the second day after my excursions! the tea and coffee hadn't been refilled, and dust balls were on the tatami area.
