generally acceptable stay

the staff were friendly and helpful (that's always a plus). the location was pretty good, near bus stops and the train station. i found this especially useful since i like to explore.
the laundry machines left a smell on my clothes unfortunately. the currency exchange machine dispensed 1000 yen bills that the laundry room's coin exchange machine did not accept. it was a bit frustrating.

Really good Stay for Families

The hotel offers ample space with a convenient kitchen allowing for meal preparation. A dining area provides a place for enjoying meals together. The playroom was a hit with my children. Staff members were also helpful .
Dust was noticeable in the room I stayed in which affected my comfort. The headboard and vent were dusty. The cleaning should improve.

the staff were nice! the rooms were spacious, nice and neat. the bus stop was close. the nearest train station was a short walk.
The laundry machines imparted an odor to my clothing. the currency exchange machine dispensed 1000 yen bills that the coin exchange machine would not accept. the front desk declined to exchange the old bill for a new one. I had to use a laundromat.
