Nice Stay!
fresh decorhelpful instructionsnarrow stairs
the room decor was fresh (a real treat for the eyes!). the self-access to the room was clear and simple. i found the instructions quite helpful and easy to follow. the entrance had great themes.
i noticed the stairs were quite narrow. this made it a bit difficult to carry my luggage up and down. i hope they can find a solution to improve this aspect of the guest experience.

i enjoyed having a bite to eat downstairs. there was the added bonus of karaoke entertainment some nights. the selection available was varied and tasty for a light meal.

the staff offered to assist with luggage up the stairs if needed. the staff were very friendly and helpful (always smiling!). whatsapp communications were super easy and responses came within seconds.

the room was looked super fresh, showing great attention to detail. the bed was comfy. the bathroom had good showers and was super clean (that's always a win!).

the room was spacious and modern. the decor included alice in wonderland touches. a tv was available with access to netflix. a fan was also in the room, it helped.
the stairs were very tight and there was no lift. plenty of stairs were there. it was a bit inconvenient.

The guest house had cosy rooms and fantastic decor. i really enjoyed the comfortable bed and fully stocked shower. Everything was clean. the hosts were lovely and messaged back fast, i will stay again!
The provided entry code was incorrect so i had to call upon arrival to enter. there was no staff at the hotel. I could not leave my luggage when i checked out. the bedding was of poor quality.

the club bar was open upon arrival and the young lady provided excellent service. she made a fantastic cocktail before i went up to my room. sleep well boxes included an eye mask and ear plugs, very thoughtful .

The hotel is a short walk to the city centre. You can hop on a bus from right outside. it's a 15 min walk from the city centre and across the road from different restaurants and pubs. this location is perfect for tourism or a weekend escape.

lovely cocktails and pizza are available at the hotel. the staff asked if i wanted a drink before closing for the night. the bar had a nice atmosphere and the bartender was friendly and efficient.

The room had alice in wonderland touches and it provided comfort. the room and bathroom smelled lovely and everything was immaculate. the bed was super comfy and i especially liked the shower. I could control the water temperature easily. even the pressure quality of the tap was decent!!!

the mad hatter theme was acceptable. it lived up to my expectations.
The code i got was not correct. I had to call to get in. there was no staff at the hotel. i could not leave my suitcase when i checked out. the bedding was bad. It impacted my sleep
