i liked the friendly staff. they were always smiling and ready to assist. breakfast was great. i also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. golf courses and practice facilities were fantastic.
i had to request housekeeping twice. it was once at 4.20pm, then again at 5.50pm as my room hadn't been serviced. i also had to request more tea and coffee items as this hadn't been replenished either. as this was october week the hotel was very busy and i couldn't get a table for bar service. we just didn't know it was october week.

The room was modern and spacious, offering both artificial and natural light. I found the king-size bed comfortable with soft, warm bedding. The hotel has many sporting facilities including golf, and leisure amenities plus a very nice spa. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always offering assistance without being asked. This really enhanced the experience.
I noticed my room wasn't perfectly clean, with some dust visible on surfaces. This was a slight letdown considering the hotel's high standards.
