i enjoyed my visit . the double room i booked was contemporary. thought went into using the space well. breakfast provided a good choice of nicely cooked food. the menu changed slightly each evening, and i found many options available. the food tasted excellent.
the shower had low pressure. it made rinsing difficult.

i was so excited about the early check-in i received! the staff checked me in super fast. i totally loved the super clean room i stayed in. the fish and chips in the charming bar were delicious!

A WONDERFUL stay

The on-site parking was convenient. The room, a Twin Room, offered ample space. I found it very comfortable and clean. The home-cooked dinner and breakfast were superb. A good touch. I felt well taken care of during my entire stay.
The television remote's battery was almost empty.

The location offers easy access to a cafe just down the road, perfect for morning coffee. Chepstow Racecourse is also easily accessible from here, should you fancy a flutter. David Brooms Equestrian Centre is also nearby.

Breakfast presented a good choice of food, it was nicely cooked. Tintern offers limited evening dining options, BUT the hotel's menu had several options, changing slightly each evening. The meals were excellent.

i found the staff very hardworking and helpful. the variety of dishes at both breakfast and dinner was ample. the room felt warm and looked newly redecorated. the bed was enormous and comfy, ensuring a good night's rest.
the bathroom layout presented some challenges. it felt a bit dated and lacked some freshness. the taps on the sink were quite short making it difficult to wash hands properly.
