Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues
nice shower lovely meals friendly staff
The room was quite nice. I liked the shower. The evening meals were lovely, and the breakfast offered a very good selection. I found the food well cooked and presented. The staff was friendly and created a cute environment for us all.
The toilet seat in the room needed tightening as it kept moving slightly. This was a minor inconvenience .

clean room nicely decorated room missing bathtub stained bedding
the room was clean and nicely decorated at first glance.
i booked a superior king room. it lacked a bathtub and bathrobes even though they were advertised. i could not control the radiators, so i had to ask for the heating to be turned on twice as the room was cold. the bath towels looked old with one having a hole, and all the bedding was stained and ripped.

the room provided a very comfortable double bed. i found plenty of space in the bathroom. i really appreciated the complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times.
