I found the cube restaurant staff approachable. Wajid was particularly polite and operated with the hotel's vision. Duaa and Naveed were also helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt homely.
The window had bird droppings. The room was cold and i needed to request an external heater

my window was COVERED in bird droppings. the room felt cold and i must ask for a heater. this should be fix. the bird droppings especially is important.

the breakfast was excellent, with a WIDE variety of options.
the window in my room was COVERED in bird droppings and I had to request an external heater because the room was cold. it seems BASIC maintenance was overlooked, and i don't expect to have to ASK for a heater in a hotel of this supposed caliber. this oversight really detracted from the overall experience
