inconsistent water temperaturemissing blinds
The shower's performance was erratic. It alternated between scalding hot and icy cold! I found the lack of consistent water temperature annoying. the absence of blinds in the bathroom was a problem. The window overlooked the street. People across the street could see directly into the bathroom

the staff were friendly, inviting. the location was beneficial for visiting the village. the room itself was really good, it offered good amenities and high standards. tea and coffee facilities were available.
i found the room excessively hot, though a fan was available in the room.

my room was modern and fresh. i found excellent treats including biscuits, hot chocolate, good coffee, teas, still water and sparkling water! the shampoo and conditioner were good quality. white towels sparkled!
The car park fills up quickly but you can double park until space becomes available. There is a car park in town too.

although this is not a dedicated food hotel, ordering a takeaway is easy, with plentiful options available nearby. many very good restaurants are also located conveniently close by.

The room had fresh refurbishment and very clean linen. Extras included water tea coffee chocolate milk and biscuits. I found an iron and a hairdryer available which met my needs. I also appreciated the beautiful decoration that provides a nice change from large chain hotels.
I found no meals were served at any time of the day.

The hotel has a great central location. It is a short walk from the train station and local buses. I found several good eateries nearby for breakfast and dinner which was very useful.

The room felt spacious light clean comfortable and warm. I found crystal glasses and bottled water. Decent bedside reading lamps were available. The plentiful mini milk cartons were excellent.

The young man checked me in and was very nice. He made sure I was okay which I really appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a warm welcome.
