A charming escape!!!

This location was amazing. The views were fine, especially from the balcony overlooking the RSPB reserve between two beautiful places. The accommodation was so comfortable, especially the tea and coffee making facilities. Lunch and evening meals were available at the excellent restaurant.

Staff members were friendly. They were helpful. The manager displayed a nice attitude. I found ample parking available. The views seemed lovely, close to amenities, very close to the bay and all of ST IVES.

Evening meal in the restaurant was very good. A cafe is next door and it is fab. They give a discount for breakfast with the room key. The restaurant offers seafood skewers. The taste is nice.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The outside area is lovely which was perfect for the sunny weather. The facilities are also perfect. I loved it. The rooms are clean and tidy.

the room had a pod coffee maker and milk frother, in addition to a kettle. the restaurant food was very good. the location on the water was perfect, very relaxing. i appreciated having a fridge in the room.
The water lapping at the veranda was occasionally noisy. It might bother light sleepers.

the hotel is located right by the estuary with the water lapping at the veranda during high tide. rooms do not directly face the estuary, so be sure to request a room with a water view. the views were lovely!

Ample parking was available on the premises. This made arrival and departure easy. the hotel is close to amenities, including shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful , too.

The room was clean. (That's always a plus!)
I tried to order food, but the kitchen staff said the chef had already switched off the fryer. Apparently, it was too late in the evening for chunky chips (it was only 7:55 pm).
